Ajanta teaches Cardio Bollywood at my Dance Studio! I have attended her class and it is a great work out. If you are looking for a really FUN way to get your heart rate up and shake it with your girlfriends this is a great way to do it.
I've never met such a fun loving and inspiring person! She Loves to dance and you can tell in every class! She brings her Bolly A Game to EVERY class,even if she's a little under the weather.
I have seen sleepy, bummy faces when students walk in the door and by the end of the hour not ONE of them is with out a smile! Who doesn't want to shake the worries of your day away with shimmy, lightbulb, shoe-string, slam-n-turn, and sell-your-pizza moves? I DO!
