The Bobby Rodriguez Orchestra (19 piece Big Band) was formed in 1981. It started playing swing and Bebop from the 40's. As the years went on the repertoire expanded and today the band plays a wide variety of Jazz, Pop, Swing, Bebop and Latin. The band has performed for numerous corporate clients, municipalities and charitable organizations around the country. Some of the musicians have worked with the Miami Sound Machine, Stan Kenton, Woody Herman & Count Basie Orchestras. A third of the band members have been playing with the band for over 20 years.
