About Our Services:


Our service begins with good advice. We will provide you with a custom shopping list, tailored to your event and the number of expected guests. If you prefer, we can create a custom drink menu with "Specialty Cocktails" so your guests know what options are available to them.

A night of our bartending service includes 4 hours of pouring drinks and entertaining guests at your home, setup before guests arrive, and breakdown when the party’s over. We provide a full-size portable bar, along with all appropriate professional-grade bartending tools and equipment.

FAQs:


Do you provide alcohol?
No. Liquor laws prevent us from providing the alcohol for your event.
All liquor and beer must be provided by the host.

How will the bartenders be dressed?
The Private Party Bartenders will be dressed in accordance with the type of event you are planning.
We will discuss this with you at the time the event is booked.

What type of payment do you accept?
Payment balance is expected to be received at the beginning of the event unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and credit cards. Credit Card payments may be made in advance securely through Paypal.

How do I know you are a good bartender?
I am a certified bartender, with extensive experience entertaining friends and family. I would be happy to provide references from past clients upon request.

How are your additional bartenders chosen?
With over 13 years experience working in customer service, I know what it takes to be a great bartender. I have assembled a team of bartenders with a wide variety of bartending skill and knowledge. I know each of these individuals personally and would let any one of them bartend a party in my own home.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes; a $50 deposit is required with a signed contract.

What will (bar)Tending To You be bringing into my home?
(bar)Tending To You will bring the following to each event:

• Full size portable bar
• Back bar for liquor and wine display
• Coolers for ice and beer
• Fruit garnishes
• Knife and cutting board
• Beer and wine openers
• Pour spouts, shakers, strainers
• Beverage napkins
• Straws
• 60 lbs of ice
• Tip jar

We will provide you with the exact layout of our bar area so you are aware of exactly what we are bringing into your home.

What areas do you cover?
The Private Party Bartender services all of Worcester county and the Metrowest area.

If you live outside this area, don't worry!! We are willing to travel. Please note, additional rates may apply for long distance events.
