"Starlight" The Clown has been clowning around in the Houston area since 1991. She loves kids and they feel the same way about her! She won "Best All-Around Clown in Texas" in 2003, by the Texas Clown Association. She is the current president of Cheerful Clown Alley #166 in Houston, Texas.
