Chef Jason has also worked with American Bridal and Martha Stewart Weddings in Princeton NJ.

Chef Jace was my personal chef on 9/23/24. He cooked my family bunch and dinner!! I requested chicken and waffles for brunch. His fried chicken was amazing and the waffle was very fluffy and had a great taste. He also paired it with his famous breakfast potatoes. I highly recommend trying those. For dinner he cooked spinach stuffed grilled chicken, mashed potatoes with asparagus. Everything was so good!!! For dessert he made homemade cheesecake and I must say it’s even better than the Cheesecake Factory… He also was very professional. I can’t wait to book him for my next event!

As a former Southern Restaurant owner of Classic Southern food he knows the importance of cooking Organically he only cooks with Fresh organically grown products! Son of many Farmers in Tennessee he left the Farm in the 80s became a Top Executive Chef for Ritz Carlton, Aramark/Harrison Lodging at Princeton University and many high volume 5 Star Michelin Restaurants and Hotels in NYC. From Southern Foods to South India and Middle Eastern Cuisines Chef Jace believes in blending many herbs and spices for Authentic flavors. Chef Jace is very active In the Film Industry as a Singer/Actor and have appeared in Films and upcoming productions! He loves to run daily, play Tennis and is a natural herbalist specializing in Natural Anti-Aging Supplements and Natural Herbal Medicines. Chef Jace is well know regarding food taste and healthy living. He also can prepare AMISH & vegan and vegetarian dishes to die for.
