The face of experience

Overview

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS: I have 60 seconds between rounds. In my 25-year career, I've learned to use every second. I use this experience to help leaders become better, more effective communicators in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

TEAM PERFORMANCE: I help teams perform better by identifying the five types of people in every locker room, office, and boardroom, and teach how to build a cohesive team of winners with them.

MAINTAINING PASSION: When it comes to passion, stamina is more important than intensity. I teach leaders how to maintain their passion despite daily pressures that can steal satisfaction, joy, and enthusiasm.
