Young Claybo was born Clayvon Mcafee on April 3, 1983, in Lynwood,California, a low-come crime-ridden city, situated in the westside of Compton to Tesera Elgin and Canty Mcafee. His father was from Los Angeles California and he was a Blood. He grew up in one of the most feared hood to ever exist in Compton the Nutty Blocc Compton Crips that he eventually joined.
Clayvon endured many hardships as a adolescence. At the age of 10 he was arrested for attempted burglary. At the age of 14 he was hospitalize after crashing a stolen car. At the age of 14 he was incarcerated for GTA grand theft auto which got him put away for 1 year. By 15 he was on his way to CYA for 5 years 8 months. He was released from jail after 7 years on 4/2/2004 a day before his 21th birthday.
One thing on his mind was jumping right into the studio to record his first song. He hook up with his cousin now known as MrWhateva and they started making history. His time every recording he killed the booth one taking the whole song 3 hooks and 2 verses just something rappers weren't doing. He had a ep within his first month out. He now has over 20 recorded mixtapes albums eps............... He created his own internet show The hip hop show. Hes involved in short and long films writer and directer. He strives to stay busy now a days
