Whether you are hosting an "At Home Spa-Day" with friends, planning a Heath & Wellness day at work, or looking to hold a team bonding event, I can bring a full yoga class to you!
As a certified International Yoga Instructor I have spent years working with all ages, experience levels, and environments focusing on yoga flows, meditation, and stretching techniques.
I enjoy getting creative with venues and hope to be apart of your next event!
