Yoel Sharabi

On August 9, 2015 I produced and directed the concert "From Shtetl to Broadway to Israel: A Celebration of Jewish Peoplehood" starring Yoel Sharabi. I chose Yoel Sharabi for this concert because he is a magnificent representative of Israel and its people. He did not disappoint me from the moment he burst onto the stage. His performance was flawless, his lyric tenor voice was clear and powerful and embodied the soul of Judaism. His joie de vivre filled the theater and his charismatic personality held the audience enthralled. He electrified the audience and brought them to their feet in thunderous applause. Yoel Sharabi is the consummate artist - from his beautiful voice to his musicality to his stage presence. I would produce him in concert again with the greatest of pleasure.
