Leading up to the event, we will confirm a set list with you. We are incredibly flexible, so we can serve any specific requests or anything you need for the event. No matter what, we have you covered here!
On the day of the event, we generally arrive 30-45 minutes early to setup and do any necessary sound checks.
During the event, we will begin exactly when requested. For concert performances, we generally wait a few minutes after the advertised start time to give everyone a chance to get settled. For long performance times (over 50m), we require a short (10-12m) intermission.
After the event, we will clean up and head out rather quickly. We don't need a bunch of sound equipment, so our exit will be prompt. We will always find our host or point of contact and thank them for having us. During this time, we are happy to chat more with anyone present about what we do.

We are easy going! We don't need much, but the below list is essential:
- 5 chairs
- 5 stands
- Indoor performance space or extremely well-covered outdoor space. Our instruments do not like direct sunlight or cold temperatures. Indoor is always preferred, and depending on the time of year, an indoor venue may be required.
- For long performances (50m or more) we require a short intermission (10-12m) in the middle, this does not count towards the amount of music you will hear
We don't have a typical set list, as we are always tailoring what we play to a clients needs and requests. We are very flexible, and we have a large repertoire. If you're looking for something specific or have a general idea for the vibe you want, we have you covered!
