William Alexander, born Nathaniel Alexander Williams in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was
introduced to the world of music at the very tender age of only four years
old, singing on stages with his Father the late Nathaniel Williams,Senior, who during the time was a lead singer for well-known gospel
group,“Dynamic Sons of the South”.
Independent artist William Alexander has many outstanding
talents such as him being an outstanding vocalist, ranging from soprano
to bass, being certain to cover all bases. He has an astonishing amount of
experience in songwriting, arranging, and producing. He has performed
at various events including weddings and birthday parties. William
Alexander plays several instruments with them being drums, guitar, piano,and trombone. He has even managed to win First Place, registered
in several national talent showcases, one being The 15th Annual
Showcase of the South in Atlanta, GA, while utilizing original compositions and materials. Performing
on these showcases with B5 and Corey Clark of Season 2's American Idol. His composing extends to
him writing and co-writing songs with Sony BMG's very own Dwight “Scrapp” Reynolds.
William has always been inspired by artists such as his Father Nathaniel Williams, Senior, Marvin Gaye, The Eagles, R. Kelly, Ottis Redding, Phil Collins, Billy Joel, Mozart, Joe Simon, Kelly
Price, Michael Jackson, James Brown, the Isley Brothers, and the Rat Pack.
