December 3, 2025I have had the privilege of working with Katie in a few different projects. I have my prog rock band, and for a time, she played guitar, piano and sang backing vocals. She also contributed to vocals to our first album. She was a very knowledgeable musician, and a steadying force for the other musicians (there were 6 of us total).
Later, she asked me to play guitar on one of her albums, and I got to see the songwriting song of her. Each song she presented was different from the last, but still had the influence and signature guitar playing that Katie creates.
Most recently, I was in a folk/rock band with Katie, in which she played guitar and sang co-lead vocals. I was recited initially to play guitar in the band, and when they said they were looking for another female vocalist to come join, I immediately thought of her!
Katie (Wildwood Willow) is a great performer and songwriter, and has proven that she is versatile enough to play multiple genres. A+ decision

Wildwood Willow is the product of a multi decade year songwriting journey. Katie Aman developed the skills and life experience over this time to create honest and raw Americana music. This music draws influence from a background in Indie Rock, Folk Pop, Blues and Classic Rock. you will never find Wildwood Willow falling into a predictable pattern or trite formula.
With a multi-instrumentalist background and an early start as a prolific songwriter, Katie gained momentum by touring the U.S., recording music in many different styles and becoming a music educator. Placing songs in indie films, major tv shows and performing on a variety of stages and platforms helped to hone in the musical style that became Wildwood Willow.
Live performances that always have something for everyone are the specialty of this artist. Bringing familiar covers done in her own unique style its always a joy to see the faces light up when they recognize the tune or find a piece of themselves in the original lyrics.

Solo set- 1 vocal microphone, 1 direct in box for acoustic guitar, plus all stands and cables needed
Full band set- 1 vocal microphone, 3 direct in boxes for stringed instruments, 1 (optional) microphone for an amplified instrument, all stands and cables needed for previously mentioned equipment
