Whitestone Band

Whitestone is comprised of 4 talented professional members that consist of guitar, bass, and drums. The lead and harmony vocals come at you from all directions, which is what our fans love about the band. You are not listening to the same lead singer all night long. We play a wide variety of music to fit your event needs from Classic Rock, 80's rock, to Country, Blues and current tunes.
Whitestone is well rehearsed in our music, uses professional sound equipment and lighting, arrives early to setup for sound and always breaks down and loads out quickly at the end of the event.

Whitestone was formed in January, 2000 in response to a songwriters showcase in Nashville, Tennessee by Debbie Tavernier. The band plays a full mix of Country, Classic Rock, 80’s Rock, and Current tunes. Whitestone has performed in multiple venues for weddings, corporate events, private events and local clubs in the Austin and Central Texas area, as well as performances in Oregon, Tennessee, Washington and Nebraska. Television performances included the “Fox Morning Show”, KXAN’s “Music at Noon” and a featured story with KXAN’s own “Out on the Porch” with Jim Swift.

Clients include: Corporate events for Dell, Applied Materials, Intel, DR Horton and The Home Depot. The band also performed for an international ISEF event for Intel Corp. Charity events include: Local Cancer Society, Relay for Life, the Capital Area Food Bank, BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) and Kickin’ Cancer for Kelly. Whitestone released our first original album in 2007, titled “Color Me Gone”, which includes the singles, “Austin City Limits” and title track “Color Me Gone”. Whitestone’s instrumentation is solid and is followed by strong lead and harmony vocals and has been compared to Linda Ronstadt, Lady Antebellum and The Eagles. The band consists of:

Whitestone currently consists of 4 members and 3 piece instrumentally with guitar, bass and drums. Whitestone can provide full sound and lighting for events. The sound system can provide sound for your small events and as large as 300 to 500 people.
