As a result of attending this session, participants will...

• Understand why leadership and culture is important for increased staff retention and to decrease staff burnout.
• Understand how to practically apply a three-step process to managing front-line, mid-level, and senior staff to succeed in a post-COVID-19 environment.
• Understand how to leverage intentional leadership principles to encourage culture growth and engagement with front-line employees, managers, administrators, and others.
