Wet

When you hire Wet you get the most entertaining and unique for of synchronized swimming to ever grace the pool. You will see an aquatic spectacle that will wow your guests from the moment we walk out on deck and dive in with a surprising splash! We love to work with themed parties, whatever creative demands your client has we can come up with a theme. We offer a corporate friendly show, a classic wedding set, and our specialty sexy modern day club set. If a client needs promotional material incorporated into the show we are happy to make sure the companies logo, promotion and idea is displayed and communicated.

We are a synchronized swimming entertainment company for all types of events and residencies. We like to create custom themes for each client and make sure their aquatic fantasies come true. Routines are around 3 minutes and you can choose to add an additional service like atmosphere swimming, greeting, photo booth opportunities and distributing promotional material. You can choose between a 5- 20 minute experience or we can create a custom long show for up to 1 hour. We do experiential marketing, corporate events, private events, weddings, parties, and basically any other event that's poolside.

Venue Rehearsal - Every pool is different, to give you our best show we need to adjust the choreography for your pool’s shape and depth. We ask for a 3-hour rehearsal at the pool on the day of the show if possible. If a day-of show rehearsal is not possible, we may schedule the venue rehearsal on another day with an additional fees to be paid by CLIENT for reasonable incurred expenses.

Pool Temperature - For the safety of the performers, we ask that the pool is heated to a minimum of 86 degrees during venue rehearsal AND performance. Please note that most pools take at least 48 hours to heat.

Pool Chemical Safety - Performers cannot enter the pool if chemical levels are outside of the following standard ranges (as they cause significant eye and skin irritation):
1. pH - no lower than 7.2 and no higher than 7.8 (ideal 7.4 - 7.6)
2. FCL (free chlorine particles) - no lower than 1 and no higher than 3 parts/million (ppm)
3. Alkalinity - no lower than 75 and no higher than 125 ppm (ideal 100ppm);
4. CH (Calcium Hardness) -no lower than 200 and no higher than 450 ppm (ideal 250ppm).
In the event that Performers are unable to perform due to pool chemical imbalance, Performers will provide 1 hour of atmospheric modeling in lieu of performing.

Green Room and Safety - Please provide a private, heated & indoor room preferably with hot showers from 2 hours before the venue rehearsal time until 1 hour after performance where we can change, eat and prepare. This room should be large enough that we can review our water choreography on land (ideally larger than 10x10 feet). Please ensure that only authorized persons have access to the pool and backstage area and provide a key to lock the room. Client shall accept responsibility for any theft or damage to Wet's equipment or personal items while on site.

Food/Water - Please provide snacks and water to the athletes. If the performers are on-site for longer than 5 hours (venue rehearsal and performance included) we ask that you provide a simple meal (sandwiches, salads) or we can provide food for our performers for an additional fee of $20 a performer.

Parking - Client will provide free parking to Wet on the day of the event and rehearsals.

Travel & Accommodations - For travel shows, Client agrees to provide air travel, approved hotel accommodations and a per diem of $35 domestic $50 international (including travel days) to performers and talent manager. Client is also responsible for providing ground transportation to and from residence, airports, hotels, rehearsals and performance venues.


Sound - Please connect us directly with your sound tech or DJ. If you do not plan to have one at your event, we can play the show music through our rehearsal system. Note: This option is not always available for travel shows.
Underwater Speaker - We will provide our own underwater speaker, which allows us to stay synchronized while we are underwater.
Mixer - Our underwater speaker is not individually powered, which means it needs to be connected to a powered mixer provided by your deejay or sound engineer.
Setup/Power - We require power by the pool and a place for the mixer within 20 feet of the water (the length of our underwater speaker cable).
iPod - We will bring our own iPod to connect to your DJ’s mixer so that our music plays through it into both the DJ's out of water speakers and our underwater speaker simultaneously.
Soundcheck – If Client’s is working with a sound technician or DJ they must be present for a sound check day of event.
