He showed up early to set up, he and I worked together on establishing the menu and helped me with the amounts for the number of guests I was having. He even set up his own bar. Would definitely use again. Guests called the event the "house party of the year" and no doubt this was due to Adam, who he is, and how he works.
Adam was so helpful during this process. He helped us figure out the signature drink menu, how much of everything we needed and handled everything with grace, ease and a smile. All of our guests loved the signature drink and had an amazing time. He also helped with a few things that weren't at all in his job description and we really enjoyed working with him. Some of my guests complained that he didn't know how to mix, but some loved his drinks and want to book him themselves. Also he got there on time and set up very quickly. I liked the drinks myself and so did my husband.

An amazing reception I was fortunate enough to be working. Set up and drink preparations went great, there was more than enough of each type of liquor and mixers or the drinks we wanted to be provided the main issue that evening came down to me trying to figure out if people preferred limes/lemon juice in there Paloma‘s. With or without the added citrus, the drink is still a good Paloma. I’m assuming my questioning how do you prefer the palomas, With or without limes, Gave the guests the sense that I wasn’t sure how to make a Paloma. I now ask guess when ordering Paloma’s directly, if they would like Lime squeezed in. Simple stuff, I think it was just some miscommunication. Event still went great everyone was happy with services, I’d be happy to bartend again for any of their events.
Adam was great. He arrived early to set up and didn’t rush to leave. I couldn’t drink because I’m pregnant but a lot of guests told me he made great drinks, especially the Bloody Mary. I would definitely recommend Adam and book him again for any future events.

Adam was not only professional, clean, friendly and helpful, but he was really, really good at his job. As a long-time chef and restaurant and bar-worker myself, I know it when I see it. Needed bartending service for my sisters engagement party and found Westside Cocktails mobile bartending on gig salad. We had about 80 guests in attendance and they handled them fabulously! They even doctored up a signature drink for the party and everyone loved it! Awesome service! Will definitely use them again for the next party.
