My name is Manuk Grigoryan, and I’ve spent more than 14 years working in hospitality, with a passion for bartending, cocktails, and creating memorable experiences for people. Over the years, I’ve worked in different hospitality environments and developed a strong understanding of what makes great service truly stand out.

I’ve always believed that bartending is about more than making drinks. It’s about reading the room, connecting with guests, staying calm when things get busy, and making people feel taken care of. I enjoy the creative side of cocktails just as much as the service itself, especially creating drinks and presentations that fit the atmosphere of each event.

As a multiple award-winning bartender, I’m proud to bring both creativity and professional experience to every event. Today, I lead a team of professional bartenders while continuing to work hands-on in the industry. I’m licensed and fully insured, and I’m committed to maintaining a high standard of service at every event.

Our team provides the bar equipment and supplies needed for professional bartending service.

Setup Space: A stable, level area of approximately 6–8 feet is recommended for a standard bar setup. Additional space may be needed for larger events or multiple bartenders.

Power: Access to a standard electrical outlet may be required for certain equipment, including blenders, coffee equipment, or specialty bar setups.

Water & Ice: Access to a water source is preferred when available. Ice requirements depend on the event and beverage service.

Setup & Breakdown: Our team arrives early enough to prepare the bar before guests arrive and handles breakdown after service. Setup time varies depending on the size and complexity of the event.

Venue Access: Please provide reasonable access for loading and unloading bar equipment. For venues with stairs, long distances, elevators, or restricted access, advance notice is appreciated.

Outdoor Events: A covered or shaded area is recommended to protect the bar, equipment, and staff from direct sun or weather.

Event Details: Before the event, we will confirm the guest count, venue, event timeline, beverage menu, bar setup, and any special requirements to ensure everything is prepared properly.
