March 22, 2024I had hired this group for a party in June 2024 and provided the $550 deposit as directed. I confirmed the deposit would be REFUNDABLE prior to sending the money and have text messages from a member Mario T. to prove this. I tried to cancel and get my refund due to my dad passing and the event being canceled but Mario has IGNORED my text messages and calls! I have contacted their financial coordinator and she just keeps telling me to call Mario who has continued to ignore my texts. I have screenshots to prove all of this and will be pursuing a small claims case in order to get my deposit back! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! This was going to be the 2nd time I hired them and even as return customer they have no respect or dignity
