Presentations will always be a 16x9 aspect ratio, or "wide screen format". Please advise if the screen will be 4x3 aspect ratio, or closer to a "square format".
Due to the complexity and transitions embedded in the presentation, it is preferred that it is driven from my laptop. Embedding the presentation prior-to is not preferred. Open to discuss.
