Viator Coffee Co.

Viator Coffee Co. provides a mobile coffee shop experience. We either bring in our custom-built coffee bars to your event or serve from an existing bar onsite and we serve up high-end espresso-based drinks and other coffee favorites. Clients can choose a custom menu and even brand their guest experience with custom signage, custom cups, custom toppers for each drink, and more!

Established in 2018, we started as a mobile espresso bar catering company, bringing the specialty coffee shop experience to weddings, private parties, festivals, corporate events, conventions, trade shows and more.
In July 2020, we were given the opportunity to sink our roots into a community and open our first brick-and-mortar location, based in Elgin, IL.
Providing a space to make these connections is what we sought to create in this cafe and it's been so surreal seeing that dream become a reality!
The three of us (Collin, Austin, and Kevin) are honored to serve this community and build a truly special coffee and service experience.
Our goal is making coffee to GET LOST IN and create moments that do the same.
We bring the same attention to detail, flavor, and customer service that we bring to catering events to this space, as well as expanding our offerings to include more beverage options, baked goods, and an equally exciting and delicious food menu.

Our services require one 20A outlet per espresso bar we bring, and preferably wheelchair access and access to a loading dock and freight elevator if service is needed on another floor. If we must use steps to access the intended service location, we request that you provide enough people to help lift any/all Viator equipment up and down the steps. If we arrive and there is no help or not enough help provided, sadly we will be unable to serve the event as we cannot access the space to serve from and we will have to pack up and no services will be provided and no refund will be given.

We provide our own fresh water and waste water receptacle. At the end of service, we request access to a mop sink, janitors sink, or other sink to dump our waste water(no hazardous materials or chemicals).

If the event is outside, we may need to reschedule or be moved to an indoor service location in case of excessive wind or precipitation. If temperatures are 100 °F or higher, all Viator Coffee Co. staff and equipment must be moved inside promptly. If temperatures are 40 °F or lower, Viator Coffee Co. must be provided a propane heater for each barista and the service location must be enclosed on three sides. If temperatures are 15 °F or lower, all Viator Coffee Co. staff and equipment must be moved inside promptly. If any of these conditions are not met, Viator Coffee Co. must be moved indoors or reschedule.
