Verse Quartet

Verse is a Denver-based modern barbershop quartet and harmony group that has performed across the front range, bringing a unique and unforgettable sound to the modern acapella and barbershop scene. Formed at the end of 2023, Verse quickly rose to prominence as competitors in the highly competitive Next Generation Varsity (U25) Competition at the 2024 Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. Now, as active competitors in the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS), Verse maintains a wide range of repertoire from classic 1940s barbershop to modern arrangements, as well as many non-barbershop tunes in the realm of classic rock and modern pop. Over the last two years, the quartet has performed many individual performances, as well as collaborative performances across the Denver Area with bigger groups such as FACE Vocal Band and Highlyte Community Choir. From small, personal concerts to the international stage, Verse strives to perform at the highest level of artistry and is always looking for new opportunities to perform!

- Novice Champions of the Rocky Mountain District of BHS
- 2nd place in the Rocky Mountain District of BHS
- 11th place competitor in the auditioned NextGen Varsity Competition at BHS International

As a barbershop quartet, our art form requires no extra technology. We can provide a simple, single microphone PA system if desired, but we don't require any kind of special technology.
