We are Patrick DeJardin (cello) and Jack Keough (guitar), an acoustic duo specializing in live music for weddings and events. Our repertoire draws from jazz, classical, contemporary, and folk traditions, with music thoughtfully selected to complement the atmosphere of each event.
We specialize in weddings at the Santa Barbara Courthouse and perform there frequently. While the Mural Room is where we perform most often, we also have experience playing in the Sunken Gardens, Palm Terrace, and Rotunda Lawn, allowing us to bring a familiarity with each space that helps create a seamless experience for your celebration.

August 3, 2026Patrick and Jack were both great. They were very professional and easy to work with and their music was amazing. They created 3 custom songs for our ceremony and played while people were ushering in. Unfortunately I wasn't there to witness the welcome music, but the guests said they great.
I highly recommend them for any event, but especially for events at the Santa Barbara Courthouse. They have a lot of experience working there, so they helped answer a lot of questions I had and gave very useful suggestions for the room we were in (Mural Room). It takes off a lot of mental load when you're working with someone who knows a venue more than you do.

Their repertoire draws from jazz, classical, contemporary, and folk music, with selections chosen to complement the atmosphere of each event. Both musicians are freelance musicians and educators with extensive experience in the industry and are based in Ventura, CA.
We provide two armless black chairs and a single minimal music stand. If we are performing outdoors, we just ask for sun coverage to help protect our instruments. If you would prefer us to use your chairs, they simply need to be armless.
