Van Mertsh on guitar with harp and vocals $30/set-3hr max with 2 ten minute breaks,
Van Mertsh and the marshy roots one man band for $50/set 2hr max with a 15 minute break (a bit more set up and work),
Paddlewheel acoustic grassroots duo $100/set-1hr max but we’re still growing our show.
3hrs with all 3- $175 Paddlewheel availability depending on Buck, the bassist’s schedule.
“traffic jam” where I supply a full band backlog to facilitate up 60+ participants which I’m looking to start in KC and Lawrence a couple nights a week for $75/hr for as much time as you want, tips and comps gladly accepted for all combos.
I have a battery powered amp and a mixer to plug in acoustic guitar, bass, mic and two other instruments plus an acoustic percussion kit my one man band rig converts into that is perfect for the smallest spaces.
Traffic jam takes time to build attendance and requires a regular weekly, biweekly or monthly occurrence to get rolling but you’re still guaranteed Van Mertsh to host and keep the show rolling between sign ups and Buck may be available to co-host too.
Live entertainment is public relations and advertising by word of mouth which is the best kind. When people hear of your brand through the artists you support and their fan base it reflects a better image and reputation of your business than any billboard or tv commercial. When you offer the community a lively, socially active atmosphere to enjoy your products in they tend to tell their friends about their memorable experiences. Thanks for your support!
I bring a battery powered amp to run my guitar and mic through which has a line out if you have a PA.
