Amanda Dykes was raised in East Tennessee as the youngest of three children in a pastor’s home where faith, music, laughter, and old-fashioned church were simply part of everyday life. After giving her life to Christ at 19, Amanda began a journey that would eventually lead her into podcasting, writing, speaking, and sharing her testimony through Unedited Faith.

Known for her honesty, humor, transparency, and ability to talk about difficult subjects with both compassion and authenticity, Amanda speaks openly about real-life struggles, faith, healing, church hurt, grief, forgiveness, identity, and learning how to keep walking with God through life’s hardest moments.

Through speaking, podcasting, and writing, Amanda encourages others to let go of polished perfection and embrace an honest relationship with Christ. Her heart is to create a safe place where people feel seen, heard, understood, and reminded they are not alone in what they carry.

Amanda has a passion for women’s ministry, recovery ministries, and sharing hope with those navigating difficult seasons of life. When she’s not recording, writing, or speaking, she enjoys music, coffee, laughter, and spending time with the people she loves most — usually finding humor somewhere in the middle of it all.

Amanda’s setup is simple and flexible. A microphone and basic sound setup for larger rooms is typically all that is needed.
