Solid Santa

Tyler was a pleasure to work with and our staff/kids seemed to enjoy his presence. The real beard and authentic-looking costume very much add to the Santa lore if that's something you're in the market for. The only reason I docked a star is because I had to wheelchair him into our event due to the amount of walking that was required from entrance to our station. I have no idea if that jarred any children, but he did improvise with the partygoers by having a story about being kicked by a reindeer the night before, so the man is as witty as they come.

A Magical Family Afternoon

Tyler was ABSOLUTELY amazing! We had breakfast with Santa for 12 family and friend's children and Tyler made each one feel so special. Our granddaughters are still talking about him. Each child sat with him and received a gift (that we provided) They were never rushed, He then allowed and posed for countless family photos. When all was said and done, he sat at the dining room table with the children as they played with their new toys. The pictures are spectacular!

About

I first donned the red suit in 1970. In 2011 and 2012, I was Santa for Bass Pro Shop on The Boardwalk in Bossier City, LA. Since 2013, and again this year (for my NINTH year), I am the closing Santa for the Staten Island Mall on Staten Island, NY.

I have been Santa for several local parades and Christmas tree lightings, a town lighting, hospital visits and even a Christmas in July for the City of Tyler - so I am comfortable around large crowds. I have visited senior centers and children's wings in the hospital.

I have attended the Jim Yellig Conference in Santa Claus, Indiana and recently graduated from the International University of Santa Claus taught by Timothy Connaghan (Santa Hollywood), where I received my Advanced Masters of Santa Clausology. I have attended several seminars and classes to enhance my Santa persona and have graduated from the prestigious Charles W Howard Santa Claus School in Midland, MI - the oldest Santa school in the United States.

At parties or events, I sing well enough that we could sing Christmas songs or we could tell stories. I can answer just about every question that you or a child can imagine!

I am comfortable around animals and have taken pictures with dogs and cats, one lonely Chinchilla, an alligator...and EVEN a SKUNK!!

This year (2021) Tyler Santa will be residing in Staten Island after November 12th and working at the Staten Island Mall. As closing Santa, I will ONLY be available for breakfasts and lunches with Santa ONLY or for delivering new cars or jewelry or any other event that you could think of for the morning hours. I will also be available on Christmas Eve (after closing) and Christmas Day.

Don't wait until the last minute to book Santa for Christmas Eve as that evening really books up FAST!!
