December 2, 2024We had an amazing time with Michael at our parents 50th anniversary party with a hosted game of trivia that included 4 teams of 38 people ranging in age from 8 - 87. He was very quick to communicate and was super professional and easy to work with. We had a nice chat to outline some info and context for the game and he came ready with paperwork, a sound system, pencils and all of the prepared questions set to go. He read the crowd well and kept things moving and everyone had a fantastic time. We weren't sure what to do as an "activity" at a celebration with such a wide range of ages and with many people not knowing each other well, and this was absolutely perfect. His rate was very reasonable for a live hosted game and we couldn't be happier with our entire experience. So much fun!

August 29, 2024Michael planned and hosted a trivia night for my sister and my birthday. We usually attend weekly trivia nights with him and I thought it would be fun to have some personalized trivia for our friends and family. From the start, Michael was beyond thoughtful and enthusiastic about the idea. He took care to ask for how many games we wanted, questions, topics, types of questions, and overall vibe of the night.
At the actual event, he couldn't have been more energized, prepared, and responsive! The questions were a great mix of personal (like you REALLY would have to know us to know the answers) and focused on a topic we enjoyed (like classic Horror Movies and Cocktails). This meant everyone got involved and stayed engaged throughout the night and we could runaway with a victory every round! We also had a kids table of mostly teenagers, who didn't know a lot of the 80s and 90s questions and he was really flexible and kind - giving them some points for "getting close" or "being creative" to keep them participating and having fun. This meant when they didn't know they would spend time trying to come up with a fun answer to impress him! :)
And, at the end of the night, he sang two songs (I'm sure we would have been up for more, but the restaurant was closing and he wanted to be respectful)! It was such a magical night and it was completely due to Michael's care and attention. This might have to be an annual event!!!
