We used Trinity Event Staffing for our Austin wedding and I'm very happy we did! They were very responsive! I asked for a quote on their rates, arranged a contract VERY quickly (within 30 minutes), and then booked them and PAID them within the hour. It really was pretty simple and I didn't have to worry about anything. They always confirmed and reconfirmed what options I wanted, especially since I was having the servers pick up the food and deliver it to the venue for me as well. They were very professional, serving the food and whatnot. They also took a lot of odd jobs around the wedding, bussing the tables, and were pretty much invisible (which is EXACTLY what you want at an event).
Also, TES was very affordable! Their rates for 2 servers for 4 hours were LESS THAN A DELIVERY FEE! Total win in my book.
We hired both servers and chefs from the Austin office to handle our self-catered wedding reception and they all did an amazing job! We cooked most of the food ahead of time but they heated everything up and did some light cooking and prep work, all of which they did quite well. They set up our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres buffet and our salad & sides bar beautifully, served all the main course quickly, and managed to deliver the special meals for a few guests with dietary restrictions to the correct people. They were polite, punctual, detail oriented, and extremely professional overall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their event and would gladly use them again if I ever have need.
Just remember they will charge your final payment to the card you make your deposit with, we forgot and it caused a small issue for us. They handled it well and I'm still quite pleased with our experience with Trinity!
We used Trinity Staffing for assistance during our wedding reception. The staff all dressed exactly as we requested & they were all so friendly and happy to help. My mom was their main point of contact and she was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. This was our first time using Trinity Staffing. Overall we were happy with the quality of servers, bartenders and chefs we got. I was also very impressed with the uniforms worn by the staff. One area we were not happy with was when management was not around some of the employees were not very productive and had to be motivated to work. One of the employees, Jeremy Orozco, was not professional. While given direction from our foodservice director, he stated he was not used to being micro managed. We would like to not have Jeremy back.

Trinity Event Staffing did an excellent job of providing a bartender for our art opening. Very glad to have used Trinity Event Staffing. We hired 1 general server to help our office party of 25 people run smoothly. From set up, food and drink refills, attention and responsiveness to our guests, and clean up, Adam was a huge help.
Trinity's staff far exceeded our expectations! My husband and I hired two chefs to heat and serve food and otherwise help out with related tasks. We had never hosted a big event before and were a little timid hiring event staffing based only on online reviews rather than personal recommendations. Trinity's staff was great - they were very professional, checking in with us when they had doubts, while at the same time making the right calls to ensure that the food was out on time and the buffet line kept going.
They went above and beyond what we asked of them. They ensured that the presentation of the food was great; they beautifully sliced cake for us; they helped us clean up. Their general good-naturedness and readiness to help impressed us so much. Trinity took such good care of food preparation and service that our wedding was stress-free, and we would recommend them without reserve, and especially for those who are relatively inexperienced at hosting big events and need that extra help and expertise!

That being said, from beginning to end, working with Trinity Event Staffing was an absolute breeze! On-site, the staff knew their strengths, and there was definitely a sense of "team work" from beginning to end. The staff anticipated both my company and my guests' needs, as well as make on-the-spot decisions to better the service they provided. After another bartending vendor lost our trust, we found ourselves in a bit of a bind to find bartenders just a couple weeks out from our wedding. After reaching out to Trinity, I almost immediately received a phone call from one of the owners, Justin. We discussed my wedding and our need for them to go a bit beyond the normal scope to include some broader event cleanup duties. He assured me that while Trinity is on our time, they are at our service to do whatever needs to be done. I was sold and booked them immediately.
On the day of the event, Mark and Tony were on time and iced down all drinks in the small setup window they were given. Throughout the night they were extremely friendly, energetic and attentive to all of their duties. We are very thankful to have had Trinity Event Staffing at our wedding and will happily recommend their services to friends and family.

I brought my Sous Chef but contracted through Trinity a chef, 3 servers and a dishwasher. All of them arrived promptly, took direction well and acted in the utmost professional manner. As we all know in the hospitality industry we live and die by the quality of our staff. I would highly recommend Trinity Staffing and will definitely be using them on my next trip to Austin.
Having two staff work our in-home private party for 60 was so helpful and truly allowed my husband & I to enjoy our guests. The staff arrived 45 min before the party began. They chopped food, set out food, cleaned up as the party went on, poured drinks, wrapped up the left overs and were happy to do anything we asked/needed. We'll use them again & would highly recommend to anyone!
