I want to start by saying that before our event I had never met Meghan and her team, so my whole review is being written on my single experience with them and WOW!! Celeste & Co. were an absolute gift to our wedding day. From the moment Meghan and Christian arrived, they brought a level of professionalism, warmth, and calm that instantly put me (the bride) and everybody at ease! They handled every detail with such intention, quietly stepping in wherever needed, anticipating things before we even had to ask, and making the entire day feel seamless. Our guests commented on how attentive, kind, and organized the team was. Drinks were always refreshed, food was beautifully managed, and the flow of the day felt effortless because they were always one step ahead. They blended into the event in the best way: present, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone felt cared for. They just went completely above and beyond; I was worried because we were having the ceremony and reception in the same place and had to flip the room, I worried it was going to be confusing for guests; but I was completely at ease to just enjoy my day and take pictures because they executed it perfectly!! I just cant say enough good things :) What stood out most was their kindness. They treated our wedding as if it were their own, respectful of our vision, mindful of the atmosphere we wanted, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire day. Meghan was also completely transparent during the whole planning process, I was a DIY Bride who planned the wedding myself so when I booked them to help with hospitality she gave a lot of great insight into what she had seen in the pasted as to what worked vs. what was not going to be realistic to help us get the outcome we wanted!! My aunt must've said to me 5 times during the wedding "that gal Meghan is just so on top of it!" lol; I don't have many photos yet but just look at the below! The wedding was lowkey and I was fully expecting to just have my new husband fetch me a drink but we walked in from taking photos to drinks already poured for us with garnish and all! :D If you love supporting local small businesses and you’re looking for a team who brings skill, grace, and true hospitality, Celeste & Co. are unmatched.
