Travis performed at our yard party yesterday and we were all very impressed. He used 2 guitars and a tambourine attached to his boot, great speakers and electronic foot pedals. He played a variety of country and easy listening songs. He also sang some songs we had we had chosen from his list as well as a great original song, think it was called “Company Man”, which hit home with many of us. His style was humble but his voice strong and captivating. Price was reasonable too. Thanks Travis!

Travis Hyll is a singer/songwriter born and raised in the South, now located in New England.
"Travis Hyll is like Doc Watson meets Johnny Cash, with the lyrical style of a cowboy poet."
He is an accomplished solo acoustic artist whose compositions demonstrate an authentic, emotive, and timeless spirit inspired by his real life values and experiences. His music showcases old time and folk elements pulled from his mother's deep Western North Carolina roots, and country/western flair from his father's Texan roots.
In February of 2023, Travis relocated to New England, and has been regularly performing at festivals and venues across the region, with his following growing exponentially.
Travis is known for his powerful voice, instrumental skills, and passionate performances. His tremendous repertoire spans multiple genres and includes his personalized renditions of country classics, folk tunes, rock hits and Celtic traditional material.
A major highlight of his diverse musical background includes performing in a band with the brother and nephew of world renowned, multi-platinum country star Randy Travis from 2017 to 2018, including at a festival in their hometown of Marshville, NC, during which the mayor presented Randy the key to the city.
As a folk/Celtic musician, he shared the stage with The Mahones in 2013, who were influential founders of the Celtic punk genre. He has also performed at numerous St. Patrick's Day and Celtic heritage events.
He is equally experienced performing at intimate private house parties as well as in front of crowds of thousands at large festivals.
