About

Tracey Harvey is Director of Marketing at the TCT Design Firm – a family-owned agency headquartered in Scott’s Addition Richmond, VA. TCT celebrates 12 years of business this year and is proud to serve clients across the United States.

Tracey works with small businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs to develop Branding, Websites, PR, and digital marketing campaigns that will attract and retain loyal customers.

TCT’s current and past clients include national organizations such as the American Psychiatric Association Foundation, AARP, Black Women’s Health Imperative, and Bar Association of the District of Columbia. During the historic 2019 presidential elections, the firm had the honor of designing voter advocacy graphics used by the Washington Commander Football team in association with the Advancement Project. A family creative business, their design work has been featured on (link hidden), BravoTV’s Karen’s Grand Dame Reunion, Love Inc. Magazine, & the Paper Mill blog.

In 2019 Tracey served as the AARP’s Women’s Leadership Ambassador for the State of Virginia. Tracey is a graduate of Howard University School of Business where she was a Ford Motor Company Scholar.

As a Executive Director of Leading Ladies RVA, Tracey facilitates small business education for adults, covering topics such as business and marketing plans, SWOT analysis, social media marketing, graphic and website design. Leading Ladies RVA was founded by Teresa Ann Harvey May 20, 2017. Mrs. Harvey was passionate about supporting the local community and empowering fellow small business owners with the skills and tools they need to succeed and instilled those values in her daughters Tracey & Crystal who continue the mission of Leading Ladies RVA.

Tracey served as Director of Media and Public Relations at Black Women for Kamala - a grassroots community of nearly 300,000 who focuses on voter engagement, community outreach, and advancing policies.

Tracey received a degree in business from Howard University where she was a Ford Motor Company Scholar. Tracey was honored to serve as the AARP’s Women’s Leadership Ambassador for Virginia in 2019. In April of 2023 Leading Ladies RVA received the Enabler Award at The Women's Business Center of Richmond's Winning with Women Conference.
