As a physician, scientist, and female empowerment speaker, I am passionate about unlocking the potential for a thriving life of leadership and resilience by reframing science with lessons learned from decades of experience in emergency medicine, scientific exploration, and executive leadership. Dr. Amy Gutman, MD, FACEP, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical, corporate, and research experience. Based in Orlando, Florida, she holds fellowships in resuscitation, along with advanced certifications in administration/leadership, occupational medicine, and nutritional coaching.
Dr. Gutman is the founder and CEO of ToughLoveMD, a private practice focused on optimizing physical and mental health through evidence-based medicine. She is also the author of the forthcoming book Powerhouse Living: Lead Your Life Like a Resuscitation (2025).
