Dominican born and Jersey raised. I always had a deep love for food from eating to seeing my mother and grandmother cooking up unbelievable Dominican dishes, Oh my God and the aroma that the food gave, mouth watering! My passion grew stronger through-out the years. I remember all the great memories I have with my friend and family always revolved around food, and it still does. From Holidays to birthday parties someone is always cooking and we're always eating having a great time. I have worked at Hyatt Regency, Hilton, and OTG Management as well as local restaurants in New Jersey for example Jacks Cabin, Village Bistro, and HopsScotch. I've worked with all kinds of talented chefs with all different cuisines to improve my palate and also my techniques.
