Installation Requirements

Setup access must be available prior to guest arrival. Installation times vary based on the size and complexity of the décor and will be coordinated in advance with the client or venue representative.

Clients are responsible for securing any required venue approvals, permissions, or access arrangements before installation begins.

Electrical Requirements

Standard balloon décor does not require electricity.

Electrical outlets are only required when:

LED Marquee Letters or Numbers are included in the décor package.

LED lighting is incorporated into balloon installations, centerpieces, backdrops, walls, columns, arches, or specialty displays.

When electrical access is needed, standard grounded outlets must be located within a reasonable distance of the installation area.

Staging Requirements

Any stages, risers, platforms, backdrops, tables, furniture, or specialty equipment provided by other vendors must be fully installed before our scheduled arrival whenever balloon décor is intended to attach to, surround, or coordinate with those elements.

Delays caused by incomplete staging, venue access restrictions, or other vendor delays may impact installation timelines.

Sound Requirements

No sound equipment, microphones, speakers, or audio support are required for balloon décor installations.

Venue Considerations

Indoor installations are recommended for optimal performance and longevity.

Outdoor installations may be subject to weather-related limitations, including wind, rain, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and venue restrictions.

Clients should notify Top Notch Balloon Creations of any venue limitations, loading dock requirements, elevator access, security procedures, parking restrictions, or installation time restrictions prior to the event date.

Delivery and Access

A designated loading and unloading area should be available as close as possible to the installation location.

Additional labor fees may apply for extended carrying distances, multiple trips, stairs, restricted access locations, or venues without elevator access.

Décor Removal

Some décor elements may require scheduled takedown and retrieval following the event. Takedown times will be coordinated during the planning process when applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details, including venue address, setup time, event start time, and contact information.

Confirm décor selections, quantities, colors, and placement locations prior to installation.

Ensure the installation area is available and accessible at the scheduled setup time.
