We were crunched for time and needed a Santa quickly! We reached out to a few vendors and The International Singing Telegram Company answered. They sent a perfect Santa! He took the time to call ahead to see exactly what we wanted. He definitely delivered. He even read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" to the kids. Thank you for saving the day!

Very nice gentleman with a terrific voice. I just felt for the amount it cost, it should have had more substance and been longer. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to the birthday person, he read her something from a paper and gave her a coupon for a discount on scheduling another event (tacky) and he sang her a song. No more than 8 minutes start to finish. For what we paid (including tip) it felt like we were short changed.

This was a fun addition to the 40th bday party. Our performer, Angie, did a great job preparing and everyone at the party loved it!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Santa I booked with the international singing telegram company. “Santa” arrived 22 minutes late, stayed only 15 of the 45 minutes I paid for and did absolutely nothing. He was also rude and left the event without even speaking to me, the person who booked the service. I can’t put in to words how disappointed I am. I would, under no circumstance, ever recommend them.

I apologize that I am just now seeing this review! I have pulled your order and see that our Santa was booked for a 15 to 30 minute visit (which you were charged for accordingly). He was to arrive between the window of time from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM - The length of the visit is always based on the reaction of the children and how long it takes Santa to do his visit with the children that are receptive. Santa arrived on the date (Christmas Eve) during the window of time allowed on the order. He had the children sit on his knee to tell him what they'd like for Christmas, he passed out the provided gifts and posed for photos. We are sorry to see by this review that you were unhappy with his visit. Had you contacted our office directly your review would not have gone unnoticed this long. Obviously there was a misunderstanding on what our Santa visits consist of. Please see below a copy of our original proposal to you outlining a 15 to 30 minute visit.

Hello and THANK YOU for your recent inquiry! We currently have an EXCELLENT Santa still available for the needed time on Christmas Eve. We can do a 15 to 30 minute visit - Santa will have the children sit on his knee to tell him what they'd like for Christmas, he will pass out provided gifts, can lead them in Christmas Carols and poses for photos. The cost is $165.00. Please contact us back as soon as possible if you are interested in booking for times are booking up very quickly!
