Hey Anecia, I am truly sorry if my performance did not meet your expectations.
As I mentioned to you and your husband before the show began, the magic was designed for everyone. Many tricks needed to be adjusted and/or cut entirely from the show due to the other entertainment that was booked (Michael Jackson impersonator) refusing to finish their act, which cut about 20-25 minutes into my allocated time-slot.
Having another entertainer present during my performance is likely to cause a lot of distraction amongst the children and guests. This is why I include a note in all my booking agreements, and on my profile that:
- Show area must be at least 15 feet away from DJ
- No other forms of entertainment shall be present during performance
All that being said, I would love to make this right for you. I'm happy to offer you a complimentary FULL show performance for a future event of your choosing, pending schedule availability. If this is something that could help remedy this for you, please let me know! Thank you again.

Thomas was a great choice for my son’s 7’th birthday party! He was easy to communicate with, on time and made sure to follow any requests I had for the party. The kids and adults all loved him. He kept the whole audience engaged and handled some rowdy children with ease and grace during his performance. I will definitely use him again for future events and highly recommend!

· After the Magic Show, Thomas will provide 30-Minutes of complimentary balloon animals!
· Thomas also provides optional photography services where a professional local photographer will capture all the special moments during the magic show of your child and their friends having fun!
