October 3, 2014Tom provided a 60-minute webinar that focused on self-improvement toward becoming a better leader. He was organized, professional and was a pleasure to work with. As the organizer, I had the opportunity to see attendee positive feedback from an audience that included a wide array of attendees ranging from employee to executive. June 24, 2014As our 13th year was drawing to a close, we at Leadership Washington County were looking for a speaker to drive home the essence of our curriculum to our current class. I met Tom through a mutual friend, and I knew right away he was the perfect choice to be our closing speaker.
He agreed to speak at our “Leadership in a Changing Society” session, and our participants discovered how to integrate their values and beliefs into their own leadership styles and learned about communicating and connecting with their staff on a higher level. His energy was infectious, and our group responded better than I had even hoped. One comment from our class resonated with me and best captures Tom’s message, “Tom provided a deeper, more refined approach to leadership for me; I feel more confident in my own style as a result.”
