I have drawn entertaining caricatures in the greater Chicagoland Area, surrounding suburbs, & parts of Indiana for over 30 years. I have a Degree in Graphic Design, & have taught the Art of Caricature at Moraine Valley College. I can draw caricatures for any party, or event that enjoys a good laugh, and what a great rememberance for any occasion. It's the gift that keeps on giving. I love this art style because of the immediate SMILES it produces when clients, guests, & family receive their caricatures. June 24, 2019Tom was apart of our sons 8th grade graduation party. Tom was great with all the kids ranging in ages from 2-15 and ofcourse adults. Tom was very personable and the artistry was amazing.
Everyone really enjoyed Tom and his art work, it was a great touch to a graduation party and we will definetly be contacting Tom again for future events.

Tom Birmingham is a versatile freelance artist, with a degree in graphic design. He has provided quality caricature art entertainment in the greater Chicagoland area, and parts of eastern Indiana for over 30 years. He can also draw gift, pets, and wedding reception bridal couple sign in - board caricatures from photos. He has also taught the art of caricature at Moraine Valley Community College. He grew up in the south suburban area, and presently resides in Beecher, IL.
Although he has experience in greeting card art, T-shirt design, company logos, and humorous illustrations for newspaper/magazine articles, his true passion is caricature art. Tom’s personality, character, and ease with people make for an enjoyable experience. He enjoys working directly with people, having the face to face experience which produces a priceless reaction of smiles, and giggles that appear when the art is presented to the guests. "I can't always get that reaction directly doing other forms of art." " It’s truly a gift.”
Tom has entertained a long list of guests, clients, and customers for residential parties, special events, and business expos. He has captivated visitors at Harrah’s Casino, Balmoral & Maywood Park Racetracks, and fascinated clients at Chicago downtown hotels and ballrooms for wedding receptions and seasonal parties. He has drawn caricatures for graduation parties, high school post proms, and lockdown parties. He has amused guests at picnics, & functions for Ace Hardware, Exxon, Nationwide Insurance Co., Devry Institute, ESPN & USA Networks, BP, Cubs rooftop parties, Chicago White Sox Organization, United Way, Harrah's Casino, & church & park district activities. He provides highlighted entertainment for assisted living/ retirement homes, & formal charity affairs such as LaRabida Children's Hospital, The Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind, American Cancer Society, and other local hospital cancer survivor’s days & event parties.
