TKS is a DC based DJ known for his ability to mix up forward thinking new music with all your favorite party jams. TKS has built a reputation around his eclectic selections. In his own words, TKS' mixes are best defined as “energy with the essence of soul.”
Although he recently began DJing in 2015, TKS has quickly created a unique presence for himself as one of the new generation of DJs in DC's music scene. Performing at small and major venues alike such as Songbyrd Music House, The Line Hotel, Eaton Hotel, Big Chief, 9:30 Club, Tropicalia, Velvet Lounge and more. TKS has also played and shared line ups with Anderson Paak, Sango, Jhene Aiko, The Internet, and Future to name a few.

Gig length: 120 - 240 minutes
On the day of your booking, I will arrive no less than 1 hour prior to your event in order to set up all equipment, test sound gear, and ensure all is working as required. Price is inclusive of travel time. Additional time is charged at $100 per hour.
Although I have experience playing various genres such as funk, soul, disco, rnb, hip hop, house, and pop. I know how important it is to hear just the right tracks to really make your night perfect. To make sure you’re in full control, I recommend you and your guests to provide a list of songs or artists they would want to hear before 7 days of your booking.
Your equipment package will include mixing software (Serato), Professional grade DJ controller (DDJ-SX2), and top quality speakers. Additional equipment such as lights, table will be charged for an additional fee.
Lastly I will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than 7 days prior to your booking date. Payment can be made via cash, check, or online funds transfer (Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal).
