The first set is a solo act by lead singer/ guitarist Josey, who will play a variety of cover songs as well as a few originals that are a better fit for a more intimate engagement. His original songs tend to tell a story--sometimes about mythical aspects of the world that cannot be seen and sometimes about things as simple as a weed growing out of the concrete.
The second set involved the full four-piece band--guitar, drums, bass, and a wondrous banjo/ loop pedal/ melodica/ player. This set is full of more original songs and more covers replete with harmonies that keep the soul warm through reflective lyrics and melodies. This set introduces a more psychedelic and jam-band-type sound heavily influenced by the likes of George Harrison, Songs: Ohia, and Dawes.
Tiny Dinosaur is a folk-band that uses harmonies, a variety of instruments, and witty lyrics to tell whimsical songs about everything from love lost, to lizard people, to underwater boxing matches.
We will provide all necessary mics, amplifiers, instruments, cables, and voices.
