Timothy Winter, Cellist

Timothy made a cello arrangement of "our" (piano) piece (György Ligeti's "Musica Ricercata 7") and performed it as the processional and recessional in our intimate wedding within Richard Serra's "T.E.U.C.L.A." sculpture on the U.C.L.A. campus. His performance of that work in particular meant a great deal to us and we will remember it forever. I write as a former semi-professional orchestral musician and know a talented cellist when I hear one!

We hired Tim for our wedding ceremony, and we couldn't have asked for someone better to work with. He was endlessly accommodating, could play all of our song requests, communicated well, and above all is a very talented cellist!! Our guests can't stop talking about how amazing he was and he helped make our wedding feel so special. He made us feel as though we were gifting him the chance to play rather than hiring him. Timothy was wonderful to work with.
