Musician/Producer/Engineer/Performer/ Tim attended Alexander City Junior College and Auburn University (percussionist) (music major). A gifted writer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist, and award winning songwriter,"American Song Festival", Tim has participated in many studio sessions in "Muscle Shoals, AL."- The recording capitol of the south. Tim is also listed as an Achiever in "The Alabama Music Hall Of Fame"and as a "Studio Musician" at the world famous "Fame" recording studios. His musical abilities have enabled him to tour Europe, South America, the Caribbean and all of the Southern United States. He was a member of the million record selling band "Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose" who had the hit's "To Late to Turn Back Now" and "Treat Her Like A Lady". Tim frequently performed with "Davy Jones" of "The Monkees" as percussionist and Back up Vocalist before Davy's untimely passing. Most recently at "Epcots" "Flower Power Concert Series. Tim currently engineers
and produces at his Treasure Coast, FL. recording studio, "Sound Vision Studio" .
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DOES HE PLAY? A Large variety of unforgettable favorites from the fifties through the nineties and new Millennium, covering the full gambit of Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Top 40, Soft Rock, Smooth Jazz, Reggae, and Latin Rhythms, spiced with original material. The kind of music that brings back memories and stirs the heart and soul. Music that can be appreciated by listeners of all ages and backgrounds.
HOW CAN ONE PERSON SOUND LIKE A FULL BAND? Using a computer, software, variety of keyboards and sound modules (drums, bass, brass, strings, etc.) are stored and performed as MIDI sequences. These sequences are then executed to provide only a foundation. Tim adds vocals, keyboards, and strap on midi controller during a live performance. This is the way most popular music is being recorded today.
