For TiMELeSS performances, we aim to make the technical side hassle-free for our clients. Here are our technical requirements:

Sound:
A sound system suitable for the venue size and audience. (If the client/venue will not provide sound, we can discuss providing our own equipment)
Adequate power supply for amplifiers and instruments.

Stage:
A stable and secure stage, size dependent on the band configuration. (Open, flat floorspace is adequate)
Ample space for each band member and their equipment.

Lighting:
Basic stage lighting for musicians to be able to see

Power:
Reliable power sources, preferably separate circuits for sound and lighting.

Set-Up Time:
We typically require a reasonable set-up time before the performance for soundcheck and equipment arrangement. In most cases, we need one hour, before the event start.

Additional Considerations:
It's helpful to have a dedicated point of contact for logistical coordination.
Any venue-specific regulations or guidelines regarding sound levels, load-in, and load-out procedures should be communicated in advance.
