Tim Duckett

To whom this concern. I hired Tim Duckett to preform hour and half for my restaurant June 28th Fathers Day Brunch. I he provides me with his offer and I accepted it in May. June we had a conversation and he ask me a few questions about the event. Once I put the flyer together I sent it to him in order to pass out to his followers. Days later I received a text message to call him asap. I call him back and Tim wanted to talk about the flyer and the cost for entree. He wanted more money and felt I had deceived him. He thought my business was a church the reason he provides a low bid. The site clearly stated we are restaurant and he accept the gig. He got upset because we were charging entree fee and wanted 125.00 more threaten to cancel the show last min. he states he would think about continue to perform and let me know that day. I didn't hear nothing from him. The next day he calls threaten to call and demanding more money and then he says oh I have a gig paying more money all in the same breath he was trying to ruin my event and hustle me. I knew I could not get another person that quick for the cost. We agreed to give him a meal and additional 25.00. He showed up but the performance was so bad I could not understand what he was saying, the restaurant was so pack I could not address him to get him off the mic. Later someone tells me he shares a story about his life about drugs do not appreciate. He was doing extra when he was not ask to. when the event was over with he was extremely nasty unprofessional with me directly about his money. i paid him 25.00 and then he accused me of not paying the original 125.00 He finally checked his acct and came back an apology, but it was too late he had acted a complete fool and disrespectful. I just want him out of my place of business and to never come back again. If I could give him a zero I would, several of guest didn't not like his performance. He is liar and hustler
