Overview
Smooth vocals and guitar plus a full sound highlighting the pop vocals of 1970's and 1980's including a strong emphasis on the "Yacht Rock" genre. America, Todd Rungren, Billy Joel, plus sleepers such as Little River Band, Poco, Climax Blues Band and others are set list anchors. Classic crooner cuts from Michael Buble, Sinatra and Nat King Cole often make an appearance. Perfectly listenable and slightly laid back, yet certainly not sleepy...a perfect Dinner, Brunch or Cocktail event soundtrack.

What to expect
Thom Piecara Music offers a smooth soundtrack featuring strong vocals that is well suited to upscale adult audiences. Song selections range from classic crooner favorites through old school pop leaning into 70's/80's pop and Yacht Rock favorites..all performed in a style that is unobtrusive yet very present.
Upscale professional presentation...always sophisticatedly attired in black and white, state of the art equipment and professional, prompt communication.
About
Music and specifically singing has provided some of my most vivid memories and greatest opportunities. My fourth grade teacher pushed me in front of a school assembly and told me I could sing...and I've been at it ever since. Classically trained in voice at Philadelphia College of the Performing Arts , I went onto a career as a Broadway entertainer, travelling around the country and the world with a stop in New York City as a part of the cast of "Oh! Calcutta!". After a hiatus, I returned to the music scene as front man with the enormously entertaining band Tidal Wave.
Next up, the smooth jazz duo, Innuenduo which let me indulge myself with the music of the vocal jazz greats I've always loved and wanted to sing.
Thom Piecara Music is a solo show of vocals and guitar featuring a healthy dose of 70's and 80's pop music, much of which has become commonly know as the genre "Yacht Rock". Based on the lower Cape of New Jersey, I can be found entertaining guests in many of the fine venues throughout the area.
