Thirsty Traveler Mobile Bar LLC

We provide a satellite bar, the use of our vintage horse trailer, or use the bar located at your venue to serve from. We will arrive at your event location 1-2 hrs before the event begins to get everything set up. We bring all bar tools, ice and coolers, mixers, garnishes, tasteful plastic cups, napkins, straws, decor for the bar to match your theme, custom drink menu, and optional add-ons such as balloon arch and chairs for sitting area. After the agreed service hours of helping you throw the most epic party, we clean up bar area and leave any remaining alcohol packaged up for you to transport.

My name is Renee and my husband, Tony, and I are the owners of The Thirsty Traveler Mobile Bar LLC. Tony and I live in Ardmore OK and have 5 children between the 2 of us. We've been friends for the last 20 years, and married for 17 years. My "real job" is a Radiologic technologist. I've spent my entire career caring for those in some of the worst days of their lives, so creating this Mobile bar enables me to help people celebrate some of the best days of their lives! Tony has worked for Michelin tire company and soon they will close the local plant where he has dedicated his service for 20 years. Together, we are a great team and always seem to work so well with each other. We are ABLE certified and carry general and alcohol liability insurance. We strive to make every event one to remember. Our attention to detail is always top notch and so is our menu of beverages. We truly enjoy what we do. It brings us great joy to see people happy and enjoying life with the ones they care about.

What we require:
-$250 deposit to secure your event.
-Please include a meal for the bartenders.
-An outlet to plug in extension cord.
-For large weddings or corporate events, 20% gratuity added for bartenders, or 10% gratuity with a tip jar.
- Balance must be paid 14 days prior to event so we can prepare for the best party ever!
