What to expect
You can expect quality drinks as I do not use any pre-made mixers only real fruits and flavored liquor and obvious Juices. My Blackberry Passion has real blackberries muddled and strained so does my Watermelon Paloma and a few more on my drink list. You can expect excellent customer service and a flavorful cocktail experience.
About
My name is Fabian Barajas owner of “The Mix and Pour Doctor” Bartending services. I enjoy making drinks and coming up with new innovated drinks. I can work with all liquor, juices and mixes. I have a few of my own creations such as a Lavender, Hibiscus and Blackberry drinks. I am very influenced by cultural background therefore I work a lot with Tequila’s and Mezcal’s.
