Instrumentation depends on musicians' availability with the core being trumpet, saxophone, and myself on the upright bass. The type of musicians for an event is any combination of Trombone, Trumpet, Saxophone, Vocalist, Piano, Guitar, Drums, and Double Bass. The larger ensembles are more for, but not limited to, weddings and house parties to be able to preform songs that need specific instrumentation for song request. We most likely play 1940's/1950's Jazz for catered dinners or events in of background music which does not require a PA system which keeps the group at a moderate volume as guest are having conversations. My name is Alex Frazzetto, recent graduated of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM) with my masters degree in Jazz Studies. I have been the leader and bass player of TheGroovin'Foxes for over seven years. Our group's size is tailored to the event and client's needs. All musicians are local with their professional focus in jazz performance through CCM. What would it take for us to do business and create a memorable experience?

We typically don't use a PA unless we are playing in front of a large audience or the music we are providing is the center of attention at an event.
