Overview
The WayWard Sons is a four piece band that has been together since 2012 we play Classic Rock Music with a little Blues, Country and Standard songs. The whole idea of the band is to have fun playing music getting the audience involved with singing and dancing. Each one of these musicians has played for many years doing all sorts of different styles of music. When they get together the chemistry clicks, the music flows and the fun begins.

What to expect
You should be fully entertained with the control of the music the way you would like it. With the four of us and a drummer who can control the volume of his playing we can offer a totally controlled amount of volume. We can offer dinner music to hours of dancing and listening music. We offer a wide variety of music from Classic Rock with some Country, Blues and Old Standards.
About
The band consists of Mike Weinberg on Keyboard and Vocals, Terry Buist on Guitar and Vocals, Adam Knight on Bass and Sound and Bob O'Hare on Drums and Vocals. We are a Classic Rock Band we do tunes from The Eagles, CCR, Bad Finger, Beatles etc. Most of our songs are Classic Rock, but we do a little Country, some Blues, and some old Standard tunes such as: What a Wonderful World, All of Me, Moonglow and others as well.

Our current first set consists for the following: All Summer Long, Down on the Corner, Pretty Woman, Rock Me Momma, Bad Bad Leroy Brown, Mustang Sally, Can't Help Falling in Love, Proud Mary, Sweet Caroline and Before You Accuse Me. Second set: Some Kind of Wonderful, Old Time Rock & Roll, Jeny Jeny, Katmando, Longer, Hotel California, Brown Eyed Girl, Bad Moon Risin, Margaritaville and Gimmie Three Steps. Third set: Evil Ways/Black Magic Woman, City of New Orleans, Rock Around the Clock, Lying Eyes, Henry the 8th, Turn the Page, Have You Ever seen The Rain, No Matter What, Still The Same and Run Away. Fouth Set: Sweet Home Alabama, Hurt So Good, I Can See Clearly Now, Faithfully, The Letter, Desperado, Hello Mary Lou, Wonderful Tonight, Peaceful Easy Feeling and Your Momma Don't Dance. We do have other songs as well and are continuing to add more at each practice.
Influences and inspiration
We all come from different backgrounds which we have different bands that have influenced us. From the Beatles to the Rolling Stone, CCR, Eagles, Boston, Aerosmith, Santana, Journey, Foreigner, Guess Who, Dave Clark 5, Dobbie Brothers and Yes. Many many others as well each of the four members have different bands they listened too and still do and we continue to find new tunes from bands to do. We all love music and if we hear a tune we think others will enjoy and can dance too we bring it to practice and try it out. We are continuing to add songs this way so we stay fresh for each gig.
