His meals are made to order and he can make the most ordinary of requests taste delicious. He truly loves to cook great meals and that can be seen and experienced with the results.

Once we confirm your date and finalize the menu, I will take care of every detail. That includes menu planning, grocery shopping, preparation, cooking, serving, and full kitchen clean-up afterward, so you can relax and enjoy your evening with your guests!
I will bring all necessary equipment for cooking for your dinner party or everything needed to set up a heated buffet line for Event Catering & Weddings. That includes plates, napkins, and utensils. The only items you’ll need to provide are beverages and glassware.
I’m always happy to customize the experience to fit your preferences, dietary needs, or event style. If you want we can schedule a phone call to discuss your vision. We offer a variety of menu options including Formal Dinner Parties, Event Catering, Wedding Reception, Passed Appetizers, Small Bites, Charcuterie Boards, Brunch Catering, Taco Bar, Mediterranean Bowls, or whatever else you could need!

For Dinner Parties we just require a working oven and stovetop. We will provide everything else needed to plate and cook the food, including plates, napkins & utensils.
For Catering we can bring everything needed to set up a hot Buffet line indoors or outdoors with no electricity needed
