CONSULTATIONS
Once you submit an inquiry we make an initial consultation appointment.

We will communicate about all details and goals for your event (Bar set up, decoration, theme, hours of service, guest count, location, custom curated drinks, your shopping list,pricing, gratuity, etc).

We will draft a preliminary contract and send this over for your review. Once everything is crystal clear, you will sign and send us the deposit to get things rolling!

WE ARE DRY HIRE
The Boozy Bengals are 100% dry hire

What this means is that we will work with you to create a proposal, help provide estimates for your alcohol needs (even where to source it), we will supply our own bar/equipment, and garnishes per demand.

Dry Hire bartenders will not supply alcohol, will not charge for any alcoholic beverages made, and will not be responsible for any alcohol overage.

We are RBS Certified, Liquor Liability and General Liability Insured for all event safety!

BEHIND THE SCENES

Our priorty is hospitality and providing a beautiful experience for you and your guests

Creation of beverage names, menus, custom shopping lists, garnish preparation, syrup making, decoration customization, contract finilazation, uniforms, insurance notifications all begin!

As we get closer to your event we may provide cocktail tastings for an additional price to help perfect these cocktails to your taste! Contact is always welcome to ease all worries!

DAY OF EVENT

We will arrive 1-2 hours before the bar is officially open in order to set up our bar, beverages and decor in a timely manner.
During the event we provide friendly service and will help support any other requests you may have!
We will begin cleaning up 30-45 minutes before our hours of service are up, unless there is a request to stay longer.

We will work around any requests you need, strict budget? We'll make it happen.

We know how stressful it is to plan an event, wedding, party, so we're here to bring the party and take the weight off your shoulders! As new business owners we are looking to immerse ourselves into the San Diego community and provide a seamless experience for your event!

First time events with us are 10% OFF.

Currently have an autumn and Halloween Add on package as well, themed drinks, bar setups, plus the bartenders are all in with costumes! We even have a spin the shot wheel as an add-on plus cornhole and balloon stands.
